Since I can remember, I suffered from dark intrusive thoughts that convinced me I was a bad person.

However, over the past 5 years I've gone through cognitive behavioural therapy, read over 100 books on overcoming anxiety and been obsessed with the question of how to be happy.

Now these thoughts no longer phase me, and I've coached hundreds of people through their own journey too.
